A few weeks ago I tried to sell you these for $49. Now they're free.
Five production-ready n8n automations, wired for local LLMs so there's no OpenAI bill. Import them, swap in Qwen or Ollama, and have one running tonight.

Drop your email and I'll send you all five, free. You'll have one running tonight.
Built by Tim Raysby. Patterns battle-tested in NEXUS, my own 100% local AI stack, now packaged into clean n8n workflows for the rest of us.
Who this is for
Anyone curious about AI automation who would rather run something real than watch another tutorial. If you can copy and paste, you can use these. Total beginners welcome.
What's inside
Five production-ready workflows. Each is wired for local LLMs by default, with documentation showing how to swap models or add cloud fallback.
[01]
Inbox Triage Agent
Gmail/IMAP -> categorize and draft replies with a local LLM
New mail lands sorted by priority with a reply already drafted in the thread, so you skim and send instead of starting from a blank inbox.
[02]
Sovereign Lead Triage
Inbound form or email -> Qwen scoring -> CRM, with no OpenAI calls
Every inbound lead is scored and filed the moment it arrives, so you work the hot ones first instead of digging through a pile of form submissions.
[03]
Document Summarizer
Drop-folder watcher -> local LLM summary and tag
Drop a file in a folder, get back a tagged summary in seconds. Stop reading twenty pages to find the three that matter.
[04]
Daily Brief Generator
Personalized morning brief from your configured sources
Wake up to one short brief built from your own sources, instead of opening fifteen tabs to see what changed overnight.
[05]
Competitor Watch
Daily competitor site scrape + Qwen diff summary -> Slack or email
Find out the day a competitor changes pricing or messaging, without ever visiting their site. You get a plain-English summary of what changed, not a vague ping.
Common questions
Why are these free now?
I tried selling them for $49 to a few hundred people I'm still getting to know. Wrong order. You don't sell someone a tool before you've handed them one that works. So here they are.
Can I really run these without OpenAI?
Yes. Every workflow ships with Qwen 2.5:3b and Ollama wiring documented. OpenAI is optional, not required.
What's the catch?
No catch. Grab the pack, run one tonight. If it saves you time, there's more I can show you later. That's the whole plan.
