What this site collects. Short version: only what you type into a form.

No tracking

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts that follow you around. Reading this site sends me nothing about you.

What you send, and only when you send it

• The Audit form: your name, email, company and role, how many workflows you're weighing, and what you write about your workflow.
• The scorecard: your email if you ask me to keep your map, plus which /live link you came from, if any. Your workflow names and scores are never sent; they stay in your browser tab.
• Email updates: your email address.
• Email to me directly: whatever you put in it.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in MailerLite, the email service I use to reply and to send updates you asked for. The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles the request like any web host. I don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

Spam protection

To stop automated form spam, the site briefly keeps a count of submissions per IP address (deleted automatically after about an hour) and a one-way fingerprint of the text you submitted (deleted after 30 days), so the same message can't be posted over and over. Neither can be turned back into what you wrote.

In your browser

The scorecard saves your answers in your own browser so they survive a page refresh. That copy never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Getting it deleted

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link. To have everything you've sent deleted, email contact@timraysby.com and I'll remove it and confirm.
